•  You can reach us at 8752 4886 during operating hours (Whatsapp only, no calls please as we are unable to pick up the phone freely at work as we adhere to strict hygiene protocols) to check available stock if you'd like to do an online purchase and collect it on the same day.

•  Please bear with us if we take a while to reply as we will most likely be baking or prepping food during operating hours.

1) SELF PICK-UP
•  At the Feed My Paws store (please see above for address and operating hours).

2) DOORSTEP DELIVERY: $4.50
•   Sent out ~3-4 days after order is received (excluding weekends). Courier company takes another 1-2 working days to deliver the item.
•  Your orders will be delivered straight to your door. Tracking ID is available so you can check the status of your delivery.
•  *This option is only available for dry treats and cookies
•  *Feed My Paws is not responsible for late/lost mail. Strictly no refund will be made.
•  *Feed My Paws is not responsible for treats that are damaged due to rough handling. Strictly no refund will be made.

3) COURIER SERVICE
•   Delivery of fresh items - cakes, tarts, pupcakes, meatloaves, birthday bundles and peanut butter fudge - is calculated based on distance (starts from $18).
•   Fee will be calculated at checkout.
•   Only available between Thursday - Saturday. Delivery is between 12pm-3pm.

If you prefer to engage your own delivery company to pick up your order from our store, kindly provide the driver with your Order Number and Name to facilitate collection. Collection only during store operating hours.

4) FREE DELIVERY: HOW TO QUALIFY
•   $48 and above: Free Doorstep Delivery with Tracking ID. Dry treats only. Please note that Feed My Paws is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
•   $160 and above: Free courier delivery, includes cakes* :)
•   *All cakes EXCEPT cakes with full figurine. Full figurine cakes have to be self-collected as they are fragile and require extra care. 

Our collection days and timings are as follows:

We are generally not available for collection on other days but you may check our availability by

•   Unfortunately not, as we engage a third-party courier service.
•   You may like to call for a Grab Driver or Lalamove Driver to collect your order instead.
•   Simply provide them your name and order number to ease the collection process.

•   Our website relies on Google Maps and on occasion, does not recognise certain locations.
•   You may put your order through first, then email team@feedmypaws.com for us to calculate the delivery cost for you separately.

Unfortunately due to import restrictions, we're currently unable to ship overseas till further notice.

For physical store, we currently accept cash, PayNow, and CDC Vouchers.

If you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours (subject to our discretion).
We will provide store credit in return (strictly no cash refund). However, once your order has prepared, packed for shipping, or courier has been booked, we do not accept cancellations and do not provide refunds. Cancellations also do not apply to limited edition items.

Yes, we are! We have an AVS-licensed kitchen (address above) solely dedicated to making all our handmade treats! :)

Your personal details will be used solely for contacting you and shipping your orders. It will strictly not be shared under any circumstance. You may also opt to leave out your mailing address during checkout if you wish to do a self-collection :)

ALL our treats are handmade in our AVS-licensed kitchen!We do not import treats to repack them for sale. We make everything from scratch, so we know what exactly goes into our treats!

•   With all our little rascals on our hands, and our many dog/bunny/piggy sitting furry clients over the years, we’ve come to learn so much about how freshly prepared food makes a difference in a furkid's life.

•   All our treats are made using human-grade ingredients (except for hay - we use quality timothy hay)! We’ve always believed in delicious treats that are easy-to-digest and as gentle on the tummy as possible. 

•   Each range has been thoroughly researched through our consultations with various veterinarians and kindly tested and evaluated by our furry judges. Only the freshest ingredients are used, and we’ve noticed that our pooches have developed better skin, coat and our once chubby senior is looking mighty fine these days!

•   Important: Do remember always to introduce new foods to your furkids slowly. We suggest starting with 2 treats a day for 2-3 days, then moving on to more. However, if you’ve noticed that your furkid has always had a strong gut, then we say GO FOR IT! THE MORE, THE MERRIER!

Yes! There are no hidden ingredients - we list all ingredients! We also don't use any preservatives or fillers to bulk up our treats. 

•   Dry treats: Best consumed within 1 month after opening if stored at room temperature. Otherwise, please keep refrigerated to enjoy till best before date. Treats can be served at room temperature or directly from the fridge.

•   Soft treats (such as peanut butter fudge): Please refrigerate ASAP upon receiving and consume within 7 days. Or, keep frozen for up to 1 month.

•   Cakes/Pupcakes/Tarts: Please refrigerate upon receiving and consume within 3 days. Or, freeze for up to 2 weeks.

•   If something isn't covered above, kindly refer to our product packaging for storage information.

We ensure freshness when goods are received but will not be held liable thereafter. Please ensure proper care is taken for treat and cake storage.

They can be served at room temperature, warm, or straight out of the fridge. We do find that heating it up makes it smell so good though!

•   If consuming on the same day of collection, you can keep our cakes at room temperature for up to 2 hours.
•   Otherwise, please refrigerate ASAP and consume within 3 days (including day of collection). Or, keep frozen for up to 2 weeks.
•   Please note that as we only use fruits and vegetables to colour our potato frosting, the colour will gradually fade over a few days. Cracks may appear on the cakes as well as we do not use any butter or sugar in our frosting.
•.  We highly recommend taking some photos on the day of collection before refrigerating your cake.

If your dog and cat is used to eating home cooked food that is the same protein as the cake you've ordered, we recommend 1/2 a pupcake mixed with their regular diet for small dogs or cats, or 1 pupcake mixed with their regular diet for larger dogs.

Our bento cakes serve 2-3 small dogs, our 4 inch cakes serves 4-6 small dogs, or 2 large dogs, and our or 6inch cakes feed up to 8-12 small dogs, or 4-6 large dogs. This is just a rough serving recommendation.

Please exercise due diligence when feeding your furkids to avoid overfeeding as overfeeding can cause issues such as vomiting and diarrhoea.

Yes! Puppies from 3 months and above can enjoy our treats. We generally recommend starting with our single protein range (for example Pork Jerky, Chicken Jerky, Salmon Chips, Beef Jerky) before moving on to our more exciting options.

•   If it's the first time they're trying a new protein (for example, they eat chicken daily but have never tried beef), we recommend giving just 1-2 pieces for starters.
•   Otherwise, feel free to feed them an amount that's complementary to their diet. Our dog and cats have anywhere between 5-7 pieces of our handmade jerky daily, or a handful of whichever treats we've decided to give them for the day.

Please exercise due diligence when feeding your furkids to avoid overfeeding as overfeeding can cause issues such as vomiting and diarrhoea.

•   Our Salmon Chips and Smol Salmon are really easy to chew and made with 100% Norwegian Salmon!

•   Our freeze-dried range of treats is perfect as well! Choose from our raw selection that comprises of Raw Venison, Green Lipped Mussels, or Kangaroo, or from our cooked selection- the popular Cheesy Chicken Balls.

We've got a different range depending on your feeding preference! For example, our 'All You Can Treat' range is modelled after a rabbit and guinea pig's daily diet, so you can give them as many as you like! For our other ranges, please see each individual product for serving suggestions.

All treats under the 'Small Animals' section are suitable for rabbits, unless stated otherwise.

All treats under the 'Small Animals' section are suitable for guinea pigs, unless stated otherwise.

All treats on our website are suitable for hamsters, except our raw products (under 'Freeze-Dried Treats).

All 'Supplements' under the 'Small Animals' section are suitable for chinchilla. Other treats that are suitable for chinchilla are stated beside the treat name.

We believe in making our treats as nutritionally balanced as possible, so that you can enjoy guilt-free feeding! Also, mixing hay with fruits, vegetables and herbs tempts fussy hay eaters to have more hay!

Many very intricately-shaped, brightly-coloured treats for small animals are made solely from oat. While beneficial in small amounts, oat is detrimental to the health of our small animals when fed too much daily, over a long period of time. It is tough to balance between having nutritious treats and making them pretty - we do a lot of research and experiments to come up with new and prettier treats!

For our dry (dehydrated or freeze-dried) treats, they can be kept between 3-6 months, or longer if refrigerated. Fresh treats such as tarts and cakes can be kept refrigerated for 3 days. This information will either be stated on the treat packs or on our website listing.
